However, in the fleece blanket production end, we as a fleece blanket manufacturing factory have to consider lots of things such as:

1. Blanket fabric choice, color accuracy, fabric knitting

2. Blanket sizes, weight, prints, production lead time, blanket quality inspection

3. Blanket packaging and shipping

4. Import tax and VAT, international delivery, etc.

Step1: Confirm Custom Design

You should prepare your own designs and packaging designs, ai, psd, pdf and any other editable file form should be prepared. You need to make sure you have patents on your design, NDA is available for us to protect your exclusive.

Step2: Confirm Order Details

Choose fabric- Confirm blanket quantity-  Confirm blanket quantity- confirm quotation as request

Common Fabric Introduction:

• Flannel fleece: The flannel fleece was a type of fabric made from polyester. Blankets made of polyester flannel fleece are easy to care since the flannel blankets are anti-fade, fade resistant, anti-pilling, wrinkle-free, and no shedding. Further, they have great elasticity to keep their shape for long and can stain better than others like the cotton blanket.
• Sherpa fleece: Sherpa fleece is a type of fabric made from polyester. It is a variant of stretch knit polyester fleece fabric. It has two distinct sides; one has a smooth knit side, and the other side has a texture intended to imitate the look and feel of a real sheep’s fleece.

Confirm order quantity:

The order quantity is a very important factor in whether a cooperation ultimately starts is. As a blanket manufacturing factory, BATTILO HOME has been long producing fleece blanket in big quantities, but now with the global throw blanket business growing and we have cut down on the MOQ.

Further, the order quantity can influence the price a lot. The more blanket you wholesale, the big discount you will get. The Minimum order quantity varies with different fabric and design, so please confirm your ordering quantity for different designs and sizes with our sales team.

Confirm blanket size and color:

Tell us the throw blanket size and color you need. Color accuracy is one of the most important things in custom manufacturing. Please provide us with exact Pantone Code for color accuracy, you can also send us color swatch.

Step3: Sampling & Approval
Samples will be made according to your design and sent to you for approval.
For custom manufacturing, sampling fee will be charged to cover our cost of the machine and blanket fabric, but the samples are always free of charge and refundable after bulk order placed and only delivery fee will be charged.

• Pay for the sampling fee, Trade Assurance and Paypal accepted;
• BATTILO HOME will start sampling and it will take about 7~15 days;
• Sample will be sent to you and we will wait for your approval;
• Revisions will be made if you are not satisfied with the sample blankets;

Step 4: Bulk order place, pay 30% upfront
Step 5: Bulk Production
Now, the bulk production starts, and it will take 30-55 days (depending on production schedule, maximum only for peak season).

Step 6: PAY THE BALANCE

Custom manufacturing is completed, and it’s time to pay the balance and then your custom blankets will be shipped!

Step 7: SHIPMENT

You are supposed to choose the best way to ship your goods from our factory according to the order quantity and time.

*Shipping fee for our product is always calculated by their Volume Weight.
