Shipping Methods

We offer USPS and UPS for shipping within the United States. For international orders, we typically use local postal services, but this may vary depending on the specific order.

Shipping Fees

US Shipping: We provide free shipping on all domestic orders, except for Hawaii and Alaska. For these remote locations, additional shipping fees may apply based on the weight and volume of the package.
International Shipping: Free shipping is offered to select countries. Additional customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Cost Responsibility

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for shipping fees in cases of returns, exchanges, and deliveries to remote areas where additional shipping fees apply.
Merchant Responsibility: Battilo Home covers the shipping costs for standard domestic deliveries and any replacement shipments due to defective products.

Shipping Time

Domestic Shipping (US): Once your order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process and ship your order. Delivery usually takes 5-6 business days.
International Shipping: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process and ship. Delivery time varies by destination country and may take 7-15 business days.
Out of Stock Orders: Shipping may take 7-15 business days from the shipment date, depending on the destination country.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed by 6pm PT Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the next business day. Orders placed after 6pm PT on Fridays and over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Holidays and Delays

Please note that shipping times may be affected by national holidays. Orders will not be processed or shipped on public holidays.

Shipping Restrictions

Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, please ensure it is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us at with your order number, and we will provide you with the return address. Returns not due to product quality will be shipped at the customer's expense.

Lost or Damaged Items
