Scope

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all products purchased from Battilo Home, excluding clearance items.

• Have complete packaging

If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at battilohome@sky-run.com with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and product photos. We will confirm your eligibility and assist you with the return or exchange process.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
• We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Used or damaged items that are not in their original condition.
• Items purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party sellers.

 

Fees

• Quality Issues or Shipping Errors: For returns or exchanges due to product quality issues or incorrect/missing items, Battilo Home will cover the shipping costs.

• Customer Preference: For returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., no longer want the item), the customer is responsible for shipping costs and any potential taxes. Refunds will be processed without any handling fees.

 

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Once your refund request is approved, you will receive your refund within 1-2 business days.
